No, not necessarily. Our strength lies in often finding a suitable use for goods with quality deviations or expired best-before dates. We individually review each inquiry for the best possible solution.
How does the process work if I want to sell raw materials to you?
Very simply: You contact us (ideally by phone or e-mail) and provide us with the key data of your goods (type, quantity, condition, location). We will review your inquiry promptly and make you an offer. After your approval, we will take care of all further processing.
How quickly will I receive an offer and when will the goods be picked up?
We know that things often have to move quickly. You will usually receive an offer from us within a few business days of receiving all necessary information. We then organize the pickup as quickly as possible in consultation with you to relieve your warehouse.

For an initial assessment and a non-binding offer, we ideally need the following information: exact designation of the goods, available quantity, current condition (incl. best-before date, if applicable, reason for off-spec), current location of the goods, as well as existing analyses, specifications, and a target price idea.
Who takes care of the transport of the goods and who bears the costs?
As part of our full-service offering, we take care of the entire logistics organization. Transport costs are usually already included in our offer price, so you incur no additional effort or costs for the pickup.
